Intelligent Control System for Precision Process Control
The controller of the plastic injection machine is equipped with a dual-core processor, greatly enhancing its performance. The brand-new design makes the screen display and operation more flexible, while also improving the response speed of program execution, increasing reproducibility, and significantly enhancing overall stability. This control system is powerful, capable of simultaneously outputting multiple sets of commands, achieving synchronous control of multiple actions, and further expanding its application scope. To provide a more user-friendly experience, we have meticulously designed an intuitive operating interface, making the setting screen clearer and more concise. This enables operators to input molding conditions more easily and conveniently record parameter modifications for easy retrieval and reference to previous settings. The handling of mold condition parameters adopts a modular multi-backup approach, allowing the system to automatically repair itself even in case of damage. Additionally, the system supports up to 300 sets of molding conditions, while also providing various production monitoring functions and defective product output discrimination. Importantly, it can be connected to robotic arms for defective product sorting to ensure stable production quality. During high-speed operation, the pressure-speed injection curve can also be displayed synchronously, facilitating the adjustment of injection parameters. This system is highly expandable, capable of integrating various peripheral devices such as robotic arms, mold valve gates, and mold temperature controls. Furthermore, we offer customized services to meet customers' diverse mold requirements. All screen displays can be easily stored on external USB flash drives for convenient documentation.

High-Speed Injection Performance for Demanding Applications
All the Top Unite Injection machines built dual hydraulic cylinders, which brings high injection pressure and speed, which is easy to apply to every industry. We adopt Rexroth hydraulic valves that can achieve an extremely rapid response rate to switch within 25 to 45 ms to open and 10 to 25 ms to close. With high accurate injection switching and maximum switching 15000 times per hour, we don't have to worry about performance nor lifetime issues.
