Customer background and case description

This is a plastic product manufacturer located in Taoyuan Yangmei. At the early of the company, the main product is the blow molding bottle. In recent years, they decide to extend the production to the plastic injection molding. The main client is Taiwan's most famous company Uni-President Enterprises Corporation. Their major orders are blow molding of the bottles and injection molding of the screw caps from the Uni’s milk department.

The owner always says that “It is not easy to make these insignificant bottle caps.” It still has several complex processes after injection molding, although the screw cap's structure is simple.

1. Cutting the tamper-resistant ring and inserts the gasket. The diameter of the cap should match the bottle mouth cannot be too tight or too loose.
